Additional Fees & Deposit Information
Cleaning Fee
A $200 cleaning fee is applied to every booking. This covers:
Full cleaning between stays
Fresh linens
Hot tub maintenance
Restocking of essentials and supplies
Damage Deposit
A $500 refundable damage deposit is collected at the time of booking, together with the booking deposit.
Refunded within 7 days after checkout, pending inspection
Used only if there are damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning
Booking Deposit
To secure your stay, a 50% booking deposit (based on the total stay cost) plus the $500 damage deposit is required at the time of booking.
This payment officially reserves your dates
The remaining 50% balance is due 15 days before check‑in
If the remaining balance is not received by the deadline, the booking may be cancelled
