Cleaning Fee

A $200 cleaning fee is applied to every booking. This covers:

• Full cleaning between stays

• Fresh linens

• Hot tub maintenance

• Restocking of essentials and supplies

Damage Deposit

A $500 refundable damage deposit is collected at the time of booking, together with the booking deposit.

• Refunded within 7 days after checkout, pending inspection

• Used only if there are damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning

Booking Deposit

To secure your stay, a 50% booking deposit (based on the total stay cost) plus the $500 damage deposit is required at the time of booking.

• This payment officially reserves your dates

• The remaining 50% balance is due 15 days before check‑in

• If the remaining balance is not received by the deadline, the booking may be cancelled
